Objective

Summit for Enlisted Leaders (S4EL) is designed for any enlisted military person who considers themselves a leader. Whether you are an E1 or E9, you are encouraged to attend and hear from the proven community and former military leaders.

Is leadership learned or something a person naturally develops? Can a good leader turn bad or a bad leader turn good? Do leaders encounter barriers during their journey? During this second annual summit hear answers to these questions and more. A one-day event that will be both intimate and interactive with successful people who started much like any enlisted military person – from the ground bottom of the leadership ladder.

Lock-down Leadership Summit!

SAVE THE DATES!! 7-8 April 2020. In response to the stay at home order at least half of our country is facing, we want to bring our foundation to you. Introducing the LOCKDOWN LEADERSHIP SUMMIT! This will be a virtual summit with incredible leaders from our Military and Civilian organizations alike! And the first 100 ELF members will be able to attend the zoom meeting and interact with these amazing speakers LIVE. Everyone else will be able to watch live on this page. Please spread the word!
